How I Lost 10 Pounds on a Plant-Based Diet

After a year of injuries, surgery, and a pandemic getting in the way of my health and fitness goals, I realized I needed to lose weight.

But I didn’t want to starve myself, miss out on amazing meals, or feel resentful towards my food.

I put together a 5-rule system to follow in order to lose the 10 pounds on a plant-based diet.

And it worked!

I lost the weight sustainably, and without feeling hungry or resentful.
