The Best Plant-Based/Vegan Hiking Foods

I'm so tired of hearing the myth that you can't be an athlete, or train hard, on a plant-based diet.

And so in this video, I jetted out to the mountains to show you exactly how a whole-food plant-based diet fuels my strenuous adventures!

These hiking snacks have helped me summit peaks in the Smokies, trek to alpine lakes in the Canadian Rockies, and endure brutal conditions on Adirondack backpacking trips.

But no...it's impossible to do all that just on plants, right? 🤔

Wrong.

Using these foods I'm able to sustain long adventures...and you can to!
